Economic experts in courts navigate in troubled waters. They have to present clear and robust economic evidence while interacting with lawyers, clients and judges and keeping their duty to the court. In this presentation Pascale Déchamps uses real life examples to present her role as an expert and how economic theory and data analysis are used in courts.
