JRC-TSE Workshop on Liability in the Digital Economy

Scope and objective

This one-day workshop, organized by the Joint Research Center of the European Commission and the Toulouse School of Economics, brought together academics, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss the latest developments on liability in digital economy. The two central topics that adressed by the speakers and panelists were platform liability and AI and liability.
