The French Institute Louis Bacherlier publishes its last issue "The Valuation of Long-Term Investments and Sustainable Development". This issue of “Opinions et Débats” presents the work of Christian Gollier which raises the difficult question of the delicate balance in the efforts carried out by different generations for the climate, for infrastructure, in the preservation of natural resources, or for example in Research & Development.
